Monero deserves beautiful tools

Monero is money. Real, fungible, private-by-default sound money. But let's be honest: most XMR tools look like they were built in 2014. I'm building a slick, installable web app (PWA) to track the XMR price, your wallet in view-only mode (your spend keys never leave your hands) and live network stats, with a design that finally does Monero justice.

Privacy first, always

• No accounts. Open the app and use it. No email, no phone number, no KYC.
• No trackers, no ads, no analytics. Nothing phones home.
• Local-first. Your data stays on your device.
• Your node, your rules. Connect to your own node or any node you trust.
• Open source. Don't trust, verify. The full code will be published.

Why a PWA?

A PWA installs straight from the browser on iOS, Android and desktop. No app store gatekeepers, no store account tied to your identity, no risk of being delisted for touching privacy coins. It's the most censorship-resistant way to ship a mobile-grade app today.

Where the XMR goes (goal: 1 XMR)

• About 40%: hosting and domain for two years.
• About 35%: a dedicated public Monero node for the app's users.
• About 25%: a security review of the code and testing on real mobile devices.

My commitment

This is funded by the community, for the community. No VCs, no surveillance business model, just plebs who believe privacy is a right, not a feature. I'll post a progress update at every milestone, with links to the repo and a live demo, so you can see exactly what your XMR built.
