We want to place an XMR ATM "art" installation in MoneroTopia (CDMX)
Just like we have done in MoneroKon (Prague) twice already. Check out our previous builds here: https://atm.monero.is/builds.html

We are asking for 20,000 EUR or 57 XMR.

End goal is to have an XMR ATM "art" installation (but this time bigger better and 2 ways so it can do XMR->MXN and MXN->XMR) in MoneroTopia 2026 Roma, Mexico City on February 12th-15th. Having a Monero ATM would help the merchants at the bazaar located in the venue.

The cost involves physical hardware, logistics and import fees. The software is provided by us free of charge and is open source just like the previous iterations: https://github.com/monero-atm

This needs to be funded by mid of December otherwise the machine and the plan falls to MoneroTopia 2027 (a year later). We're a bit tight on time due to the fact the event is next February and shipping will take some time (Chinese New Year is also approaching which often causes shipping delays).

Donors over 10 XMR will get a large visible sticker on the ATM machine as a thank you for supporting our project.

We may have to update the proposal if the price drops too much since the rate is currently very high. Thanks for your understanding.
