Documenting Crimes of ICE

The Crimes of ICE project documents proof of crimes committed by ICE agents, to raise awareness and provide evidence for future prosecution of perpetrators.We have been working together since 2025 to save evidence - mostly videos - together with any other details like names, location, etc. that could later help anyone seek justice in the crimes committed against them.

Aside from the main website which helps to build the database, we also have a Lemmy (Analog of Reddit) community where people come together to discuss and help us in this matter:

Right now our website has the largest collection of video evidence that was found and verified, and we have multiple angles of major incidents. (Such as the murder of Renée Good or Alex Pretti). Also a lot of other types of crimes that were committed such as abductions, usage of chemical weapons, and threatenings of civilians.

How Donations Will Help

Currently all of the evidence have been saved on offline media(Hard drives). However, the goal is to be able to torrent the database on another server, so it is decentralized, shared and reachable by everyone. I am unfortunately unable to afford such an expansion.

Roadmap

1. Rent another server, host the entire database as torrent there ($20 monthly)
2. Build a server at home to have full control over the hardware - this will allow me to make more regular offline backups and also decrease the cost over the long run (around $200, I already have some hardware)

Once step 1 is done, monthly cost for me will be $40 total for both servers, until I build my own.
