Due to the unlivable conditions at my senior Uncle's place, and having put nearly all of our resources into fixing up his property and making his life better, my Mother and I have very little to put back into our old home that we are now forced to move back into. I made a few posts about this on Twitter (https://x.com/TMaker117/status/1876083552443683231 | https://x.com/TMaker117/status/1876106945494647108).
This fundraiser will be for getting back electricity, internet, heating during the winter and for the numerous repairs needed for the property since it hasn't been visited since we moved out and has fallen into disrepair in our absence. If i can pay for these things directly with Monero, I will; but I will likely need to swap the XMR for Fiat in order to pay for most of these things.
At the moment of writing this (1/5/2025) I'm not sure what the costs will end up in total, so im going to make the goal a flat 10XMR. If i can tally up the total costs I will change the goal to the needed amount.
I will try to take pictures of the various things in the house and on the property that would need fundraising to fix once we move back.
Until we are able to get back the electricity and internet I won't be able to do any blacksmithing listings once we have moved back.
I will make updates to this fundraiser once/if things change.

We have gotten the electricity back, but I still haven't been able to secure transportation to visit the house and see what exactly needs fixing/replacing. I will try to get a ride to the property within the week and take pictures of what may need fixing/replacing.

I have added 3 more photos of some of the inside of the house. In 1 of these pics is the ceiling of the living room that has suffered water damage and needs replacing.
Another pic is of one of the window-sils that has mold growing on it. This will need replacing.
The 3rd pic is of one of the walls in the living room that has mold growing inbetween the paneling. This paneling will need to be removed and replaced.
I will try to add more pics when I have more time at the old home.
