We will be creating a 2 days beach event hosted at a beach resort, where we will be inviting youth mostly university students and invite them to join for a 2 day 1 night event including camping

We will be promoting Monero and explaining how to use and why to use Monero

The objective is to let everyone install cake wallet and send each an amount of $0.25 worth of Monero which he can later use to get a beer + water bottle

This is not the price of the beer nor water, but we will allow them to experience Monero transfers through cake wallet

We (me and few of my friends) will be there to sell them Monero for cash or any other crypto of their choice, so they can buy again using Monero XMR

And we will be attaching mini brochures on the bottles itself so they can read or peel it and keep while reading the benefits of using Monero over cash and other coins and how safe is it to use cake wallet over exchanges

My friend will be keeping that particular weekend (Saturday/Sunday) free of entrance as well as a DJ live rather than just playing music

They will have also option to buy anything from the food & beverage bar by paying in Monero

For this to make it possible we need to have at least

300 beer bottles x $1.25 each

300 small water bottles x $0.5 each

Hiring 3 people to help us in assisting x $50 each

Brochures I am printing to glue them on the bottles

Transportation fees I can take care of

So we’re looking a total cost of $675 which is around 3.2 XMR

Event will be held by end of May and we will try to turn live cam on through YouTube on the event days in different timings so everyone can see globally
