Hello, I am recanman. I would like to attend DefCon, but the ticket is quite expensive ($480). DefCon 32 is in Las Vegas, Nevada, US, and starts on the eighth of August, ending on the eleventh.
I hope that I can raise some (or all) of the money so the ticket can be easier to afford.

I have made a few contributions to the Monero community, and I plan on mentioning Monero in my interactions at DefCon. I have made various contributions throughout (including documentation fixes, a couple of simple Monero-related tools, translation, and more), and I also currently maintain MoneroPHP (https://github.com/monero-integrations/monerophp). I previously wrote articles for LocalMonero and translated their website into Arabic.
I also participated as a staff member during MoneroKon 2024, and I plan on continuing my attendance.

Currently, the XMR price is ~$169. The ticket is $480, which comes out to about 2.9 XMR, which is $490.10 at the above price; a small buffer is present for volatility.
