Supporting Privacy Infrastructure That Actually Works

Built from passion, running on principle — and why your support matters

Who I Am

I've been in the crypto space since 2013. Not for the gains. Not for the hype cycles. For the idea that financial privacy is a right — not a privilege reserved for those who can afford offshore accounts and corporate lawyers.

For a long time now, that idea has driven everything I build.

After years of watching influencers sell hype and empty promises, I decided to build something that speaks for itself — no agenda, no paid narratives, just honest work.

What We've Built

ZERO TRACE — Privacy-First Swaps

What started as a simple API integration grew into something I'm genuinely proud of: a swap aggregator built around one core feature.

The XMR Bridge.

Instead of swapping directly, every transaction routes through Monero as the middle layer. One click — two separate swaps.

BTC → XMR → LTC (for example — any combination works, as long as it passes through XMR)

The chain is broken. No exchange sees where your coins came from or where they're going. That's not marketing language. That's how it works.

NULL_ROUTE Directory — Curated, Manually Reviewed

Out of passion, I built a directory of privacy-first services. Every single entry is personally reviewed — not for money, for quality.

Where things stand:

  • 53+ verified listings across 10 categories
  • 60+ services sitting in queue waiting for free review
  • Criteria: KYC policy, no-logs, Tor support, privacy coins, open source, track record
  • Available in German, English, and Spanish

A $300/month sponsor gets evaluated with the same criteria as a free listing.

This isn't a static list either. As the directory grows, it needs constant work — updating categories, re-evaluating scores, tracking whether listed services are still operating as described. It's ongoing, and it never really stops.

Prepaid Cards — Anonymous (Beta)

Anonymous prepaid cards. No KYC. No account. In testing now.

The Honest Part

I put real hours into this every day — alongside other projects I run in parallel. The directory alone has a backlog of 60+ services waiting for review. I want to get to them. Time and bandwidth are the bottleneck.

Sponsor revenue so far has been minimal. A handful of Privacy Friend supporters — to whom I'm genuinely grateful. That's it. It doesn't come close to covering what's actually been invested.

Most listings are free. That's intentional. But it means the work is mostly on me.

Why Objectivity Matters Here

I don't take sides in community debates. I look at what's real.

My Substack covers privacy coin developments without an agenda — including pieces that correct mainstream misreporting:

  • "Four Years in the Dark" — When headlines said "AI broke Zcash," we explained what actually happened: a 4-year-old soundness bug found by responsible disclosure, patched in 5 days. No drama, just facts.
  • "When Two Clients Disagree" — A technical breakdown of Zcash network behavior that others turned into clickbait.

The same standard applies to the directory. No paid placement. No favoritism.

The Goal: 12.5 XMR

This covers my time, third-party help where needed (SEO, development, security checks), infrastructure, and gives the project room to keep growing.

It won't make anyone rich. It will make the work sustainable.

Kuno takes no fees and charges nothing to run. They make it possible for projects like this to reach the privacy community directly. That deserves recognition — so 10% of every donation received goes back to them. Always.

We'll continue building regardless. But support means faster reviews, better tools, and the motivation to keep expanding Cetoc — there are still so many ideas I want to build out.
