Our documentary, "Whispers in the Code: Art of Monero," explores the vibrant, rebellious world of Monero art with a focus on legendary artists such as S1dart0, Michael Parenti, Martin Fish, 420.wtf, and others!

S1dart0:
Known for his anonymous persona and coloful pieces, S1dart0's art transcends traditional boundaries, embodying the essence of privacy, defiance, and the fight against centralized control.

ExiledSurfer:
Deep dive into Michael's wild history traveling the world, creating art projects, and writing code to perform video DJ sets, which led him to Cypherpunks, Bitcoin and eventually Monero, then started MC'ing crypto events such as MoneroKon at Paralelni Polis in Prague, and Bitcoin Film Fest in Poland.

Other artists AND coders will be featured to put a stamp in time, showing not only what cypherpunks have achieved so far, but whats happening now in 2025.

Why Me?
I have been deeply involved in the Monero community for the past three years, hosting multiple Monero events and curating Monero art exhibits in San Francisco, Tokyo, and Denver. My background in filmmaking includes working in various roles in Hollywood and completing numerous film projects. I am uniquely positioned to bring this film to life, ensuring it resonates not just with the artists but with the entire freedom and privacy community. I am committed to making this an important film that champions the values we all stand for.

How We Will Do It:
We will combine art, documentary footage of real life events, original music, and cutting-edge technology to create a powerful, engaging, and immersive film. This fusion will ensure that "Whispers in the Code: Art of Monero" is not only a visual and sonic masterpiece but also a compelling narrative that captures the essence of the Monero movement as a whole and it's significance in the fight for freedom and privacy.

To tell this story right, we need $20,000. Almost entirely for travel and production. We need to get to these people, film their stories, capture their work, and bring it all together with top-notch production. It means boots on the ground, cameras rolling, and making sure the sound is perfect. And wherever we can, we're going to keep those funds circulating within the Monero community, keeping it peer-to-peer.

Here's a rough idea of how that $20,000 will be used, heavily focused on getting us where we need to be and capturing everything:

-> Getting Started & Initial Filming ($10,000): This covers our first trips- flights, places to stay, and paying the core crew like the cinematographer and sound person for those crucial initial shoots. Also grab essential equipment rentals when needed-

• Bringing It All Together ($10,000): This is for post-production – the editing, perfecting the sound, color grading, original music to make it look and sound amazing. We'll also have a little buffer for any unexpected costs, because that always happens in filmmaking.
