Hello!

Here is my story: Unsuccessfully trying to find a job since September 2023, I am now struggling with paying basic bills and buying food. I am shedding vulnerable and damaged by it. I had a well-paid job, but due to the "return to office" policy and my vulnerability to shedding, I had to quit. To regain some health, I also need to constantly buy supplements, which were mostly keeping problems at bay after shedding exposures.

Here is my official story, which I wrote as a comment for the canceled ACIP meeting: https://www.regulations.gov/comment/CDC-2026-0199-1469

"Dear ACIP Members,

I am an unvaccinated individual from Poland. Since spring 2021, I have experienced a clear and repeatable pattern: even brief close contact (as little as 5 minutes) with vaccinated individuals consistently triggers in me HSV-1 reactivation. Longer contact (over 15–30 minutes) leads to a broader set of symptoms within hours to days. The most reliable sign is herpes simplex virus reactivation, usually on the face but also along nerve pathways. Other symptoms include: •severe, prolonged headaches (often lasting >10 days, sometimes migraine-like with photophobia, phonophobia and nausea – I cannot tolerate music or loud sounds), •unilateral sciatica and sacral nerve dysfunction (incontinence, numbness), •chronic swelling and non-healing skin lesions (scabs) on the left lower leg and foot. These symptoms are strongly asymmetric: the left leg has always been the worst affected. The right leg was also very swollen and scabbed for over 30 months but has mostly recovered. The left leg remains swollen and scabbed to this day. Even indirect exposure (e.g., walking through a room where a vaccinated family member had spent several hours earlier) can cause headache and HSV reactivation. Herpes outbreaks are often biphasic: the initial lesion heals after 10–14 days, but a second wave appears shortly after without any obvious new trigger. Strict isolation (no close contact with vaccinated individuals for months) dramatically reduces HSV reactivations, but does not eliminate all symptoms. Chronic headache, mild swelling and leg issues persist even during long periods of isolation. I have pre-existing conditions (celiac disease, hyper-reactive mast cells, childhood nerve damage in the lumbar/sacral region from medical procedures, and a severe knee injury at age ~30) that likely increase my sensitivity. Despite thousands of similar anecdotal reports worldwide, shedding and its effects on unvaccinated individuals remain almost completely unstudied and unacknowledged.

I respectfully ask the Committee to consider these real-world experiences when evaluating long-term vaccine safety, especially for sensitive individuals and the unvaccinated population.

Thank you for your time and attention."
