My name is Andy, and I’m a 19-year-old computer science student at the University of Montreal. I’m reaching out because I’m in a difficult situation right now. After paying my school fees, I found myself short on funds needed to cover my rent of CAD 1497 (about USD 1100) for this month.

With the winter and temperatures dropping to around -15°C, i am really scared of being out in the cold ( hopefully they can't do that, like legally).

I have a job interview next week, which gives me hope, but I’m not sure it will provide the necessary amount I need to avoid eviction.

I’m asking for your help so I can pay my rent, stay safe in this house, and continue focusing on my studies without interruption.
